Versatile. Works with beads or water. Lower cost of ownership than a water bath.

It's a dual tank bath for use in areas of the lab, such as the tissue culture room, where thawing frozen bottles is routine. The thaw tank can be set to 50-65ºC and the incubation tank set to 37ºC.

Here's how it works:

Warming refrigerated vessels

500 ml Bottles. Warm a 500 ml media bottle from 4ºC to 37ºC in thaw tank for 30 min; store vessel in incubation tank until use.

Thawing frozen vessels

500 ml Bottles. Thaw a 500 ml from -20ºC to 37ºC in thaw tank for 60 min; store in incubation tank until use.

50 ml Vials. Thaw a 50 ml conical vial from -20ºC to 37ºC in thaw tank for 30 min; store in incubation tank until use.

15 ml Vials. Thaw a 15 ml conical vial from -20ºC to 37ºC in thaw tank for 12 min; store in incubation tank until use.
